Communication Federal Credit Union’s digital banking platform was converted to Alkami from Fiserv Corillian/Mobiliti to improve member experience, enhance security, and deploy new features.
Contributions:
- Led RFP and implementation processes.
- Served as internal project manager to engage necessary teams and third parties to meet deadlines.
- Planned project timeline and scheduled necessary internal and external communications across multiple channels.
- Worked cross-organizationally to validate conversion data, coordinate pilot testing, and provide support for frontline staff during the conversion.
- Generated advanced reports and dashboards for Compliance and Marketing teams.
